Aperture Estate: real estate with an editorial approach

Challenge

A luxury property site lives off its photography. The challenge is to show it in high quality without the site becoming slow, without opening security holes and without relying on heavy JavaScript in the browser.

Solution

• Automatic image processing: every photo is compressed and prepared on upload.
• Optimized PostgreSQL queries, so a page with many listings does not run hundreds of queries.
• Structured data (schema.org) for listings and agent, plus social metadata.
• Protection against form attacks and against being embedded in other sites.
• Editorial design that adapts to mobile and desktop.

Outcome

Aperture Estate is live. Every change goes through automated tests and quality gates before being deployed with GitHub Actions and Coolify.
